Refund Policy

We operate a business to business service. Therefore once service provision has started no refund is possible. Domains once purchased are final and spelling errors can not be rectified once the domain has been registered. Should a spelling error occur that is your fault you will need to purchase a new domain name with the correct spelling at the prevailing rates.

If there are technical issues that stop us providing you our service as stated, we will at our discression consider a refund if appropriate.

* When transfer limit has been reached, further transfer of data will be charged at the appropriate rate on a monthly basis. Transfer includes web, email and FTP. Standard hosting packages do not include any site design.
